Wendy Dworkin, Partner

Wendy Dworkin is a partner of LLD Enterprises. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Her responsibilities entail handling the negotiation and drafting of tenant leases for the company portfolio and interfacing, when necessary, with our outside legal counsel pursuant to all contractual arrangements.

Mrs. Dworkin was a recipient of the 2002 Rochester Business Journals prestigious 40 under 40 award. This award recognizes 40 professionals under the age of 40 for both business accomplishments and service to the community at large. In 2006 Syracuse University honored Mrs. Dworkin and her husband David as its Most Outstanding Young Alumni of the Year.

Mrs. Dworkin is a board member of Syracuse University College of Arts and Science Board of Visitors. She is former member of the membership and programming committee of the Nathaniel Rochester Society of the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a former chair and current member of the authors selection committee of the Jewish Committee Center Sheldon A. Lane Jewish Book Festival and is a former Co-Chair and founding board member of the Young Leaders Club of the United Way of Greater Rochester Inc.

Professionally, Mrs. Dworkin is a member of the Monroe County, and New York State Bar Association.

Mrs. Dworkin has been a duly licensed New York State Real Estate salesperson since 1989.
